I like the color. It's not as neon in person as it is in the picture but it's still a lovely bright green color for summer time.

This is one of my top 5 china glaze favorites .
A beautiful neon green , stunning :).
It needs like 3 coat to be opaque, a white base isn't necessary , but with a white base it will look more neon.
It dries fast, but has a mat finish so it's best to apply a top coat for shine.
I would rate this one 5 stars +
